Loads of Fish to Bring Home to Alberta

We are docked at the Prince Rupert Rowing & Yacht Club. Several men arrive from a charter trip and begin cleaning and packing their catch for the drive back home to Alberta, Canada...

The charter captain has clearly filleted halibut before. His tip: a less sharp knife will slide over the ribs, not slice through them.

Each fillet is gently tucked into a plastic bag and packed in ice chips in a cooler for the 1600-kilometer drive home ... "and the ice will hardly have melted".
