We attended two festivals: Dumkhar & Ura

  The festivals were annual religious dances for the neighboring farmers at local temples. But first we had to      get there, hours on switchbacks on the single East-West highway; sections were widened as we waited!

 The festival started slowly for the uncomprehending, then rain came and we had lunch under a shelter of sorts.
      

        But after lunch, things started happening fast and furious...
