We spent a fascinating afternoon at the Don Juan coffee plantation and traditional processing activites. With guide Reiman Porras, we saw the gestation of coffee plants and ripening coffee "cherries", beans popping out of the ripe cherry, drying, having their inner cover pounded off and blown away. We even got a pic of Don Juan himself, and enjoyed the final product.  
Did you know that light roast has most caffeine,
